This is the new Meter Robot, a recent Metal House Japan release. The Robot functions with mechanical walking action, smoking action from the mouth, and a bouncing meter in the lighted chest. The smoking action is the best I have seen. Awesome Robot to watch. Hope everyone enjoys the video.
